JKAACL organises Folk Music program at G&B Hostel Kalakote

KALAKOT : The Jammu & Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture & Languages under the supervision of Bharat Singh Secretary (JKAACL) and with the active support of Warden Gujjar & Bakerwal Hostel Kalakote organised a folk Music program at G&B Hostel Kalakote.

The program was inaugurated by DDC Member Kalakote, Babu Khan whereas Warden G&B Hostel, Ch. Kabir Hussain was Guest of Honour in the event.

The program was started with the welcome address from JKAACL Rajouri representative followed by Folk singing of local folk singers.

The chief guest lauded the first ever mega event of its kind in the far flung area. He appreciated JKAACL Rajouri for conducting such programs in Peer Punjal Region.

The event was witnessed by students, hostel employees, locals and prominent citizens of the area.

Warden of the hostel presented a vote of thanks. He also made special thanks to the DDC Member who spared his valuable time for the event.

The proceeding was conducted by Joginder Paul who was also a leading folk singer in the event.
