JKAACL organises week Long Painting Workshop at Christ School Poonch

POONCH : As a part of Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav, Jammu Kashmir Academy of Art Culture and Languages (JKAACL) Rajouri-Poonch today organised a week long painting workshop here at Christ School.

The painting workshop has been organised for the winners of the on the Spot Painting Competition held at Govt, Hr Secondary School Boys Poonch.

In all 52 Young budding artists are attending the workshop with great enthusiasm

The workshop is being held under the guidance of Secretary JKAACL, Rahul Panday and is being closely monitored by Additional Secretary JKAACL, Sanjeev Rana.

The event was held with the support of district administration Poonch and Chief Education officer Poonch. Principal Christ School Poonch extended full support including providing all logistic support.

Special Officer for cultural activities,(SOCA)Rajouri/Poonch also visited the spot and appreciated the outstanding work done by some young artists.

State Award Winner, Mohammad Tariq Saifi has been engaged as an expert for the training of the young artists during the week-long workshop.
