Junior Research Fellow Position at Central University of Kerala 

Kasaragod: The Central University of Kerala is inviting applications for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for a project funded by the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) under the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India. The project is titled ‘Genome Exploration of Rice Landraces through Machine Learning Methods and their Validation.’

Essential Qualifications:

a) M.Sc./MTech. in Bioinformatics/ Artificial Intelligence/ ComputerScience/ Biotechnology/ IT with a minimum 55% aggregate mark

b) National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE

c) National-level examinations conducted by Central Govt. departments and their agencies and institutions.

Age Limit: Maximum 28 years, with relaxations as per DST norms and government reservation policy for OBC, SC, and ST candidates.
