Kashmir MPHW expresses gratitude to LG Manoj Sinha for appreciating their services in Radio Talk show ‘Awaam ki Awaaz’
SRINAGAR: A Multipurpose Health Worker (MPHW), working at District Hospital Shopian, Mohammad Ishaq Lone has expressed gratitude to Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha for appreciating their work during the ongoing pandemic Covid-19 in monthly Radio Talk show ‘Awaam ki Awaaz’ and recognizing their efforts of vaccination during these critical times.
Last week, Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha dedicated monthly Radio talk show to corona warriors who are at the forefront in the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic across the Union Territory and recognized their work and efforts they are putting in while dealing with the hard task of COVID-19.
During the programme, LG Sinha, shared some of the inspiring stories of good Samaritans and saluted their spirit and dedication towards human service.
Mohammad Ishaq is at the forefront of this COVID-19 health crisis and is constantly dealing with the task of vaccination since January, 2021 besides dealing with other responsibilities and family obligations.
Ishaq who is proud of carrying out vaccination drives across hilly terrains of Shopian, says that it was heartening to hear that the Lieutenant Governor himself appreciated our work and recognised our efforts in vaccination drives.
“I am very thankful to LG Manoj Sinha for appreciating our work and recognising the efforts of health department and frontline workers of District Shopian in Covid vaccination process”, Ishaq Ahmad said. He added that such recognitions motivate them to work with more enthusiasm and dedication.
Ishaq says due to the constant efforts of Administration, Health authorities and frontline workers, District Shopian has been able to achieve such milestone of vaccinating 100 % population in the age group of 45 years and above.
Ishaq, who was involved in vaccination process in the district from the beginning appealed people to get themselves vaccinated as it is prime way of fighting this dreadful virus.
