KIIT College of Engineering organized a 6-day online workshop on Professional Ethics
New Delhi: KIIT College of Engineering organized a 6-day online workshop in collaboration with All India Council for Technical Education on Professional Ethics and Teamwork. Students and Professors from different universities and colleges attended the workshop.
Dr. MP Poonia (Vice President, AICTE,), Prof.Naseeb Singh Gill (MDU, Rohtak), Dr. Sanjana John(philanthropist), Dr. Naresh Chand (Associate vice president Photonics Society IEEE, USA), Padmashri S.P. Varma, (Vice President, Gandhi Global Family) lectured on moral values, positive thinking and team work, stress management, behavior change, meditation and impact of fake news on society.
M.P Poonia explained about professional ethics and said, “Our positive and negative thoughts play an important role in our lives. I request all students to stay positive, because negativity leads toward disappointment while positivity helps us to achieve our goals.Grandparents have a great role in giving good education to children and also help them to teach the moral values of life.”
While speaking about teamwork, Dr. Sanjana Jon said “The best thing to do is to use ethics in work, we need to learn teamwork from ants, they learn, work and share with everyone. Pandemic taught the whole to share, care, and work together.
Neelima Kamarah, Registrar KIIT College of Engineering said, “It was such an interactive and informative session for all the students as well as us Faculty members. We should never forget our values , our values keep us connected to our roots. When our actions and words are aligned with our values, life feels good and we feel satisfied.
