KIIT World School conducted the CBSE ‘Training of Trainers’ workshop
Gurugram: KIIT World School hosts a two-day CBSE ‘Training of Trainers’ workshop for over 65 principals and teachers from schools affiliated with the CBSE. The objective of the workshop is to train educators through powerful training methodologies that improve the quality of teaching in schools. The workshop was culminated by Mr. Manoj Kumar Srivastava, Director of Training at CBSE, as chief guest. He was pleased about the participants’ dedication to education and said that teachers play a significant role in the future of learning.
The leading experts for the workshop consisted of Mrs. Namita Malik, Joint Director of ISTM, Ms. Poonam Kumar Mendiratta, Principal of The Manthan School, Mr. Pradyumna Chandra Kimothi, retired Assistant Director of Uttarakhand SCERT, Ms. Seema Khaka, Head of COE Panchkula, and Mr. Praveen Gupta. They have shared knowledge about effective training methods, principles of adult learning, evaluation techniques, and good practices in teacher training.
Appreciated the relevance of the workshop; it was well-organized and the experts really provided a lot of knowledge base. Principal, of KIIT World School, Dr Neelima Kamrah and Administrative Officer Ms Ananya Parashar thanked CBSE for their support and ISTM for the efforts taken.
This workshop has focused on empowering trainers with some skills to create a more challenging and interesting learning environment in schools and ensure quality education in schools,” according to Dr. Neelima Kamrah.
