KIIT World School organized awareness drive under Nasha Mukt Bharat

 

Gurugram: KIIT World School, sohna road, conducted an awareness programme as a part of “Nasha Mukt Bharat” campaign. The initiative aimed to create awareness and promote a drug-free environment among students and the village community. The drive witnessed active participation from students, teachers, parents, and emphasizing the collective responsibility to build a healthier and drug-free nation.

During the programme, the students design powerful and thought-provoking posters, which highlight the harmful effects of tobacco, alcohol and the importance of a drug-free society. The posters served as visual aids, effectively conveying the message to the audience and creating awareness among all participants. In addition to that the students demonstrated their linguistic skills by composing impactful slogans that encapsulated the essence of the “Nasha Mukt Bharat” campaign. Interactive sessions were conducted where students and members of the local community gained a deeper understanding of the physical, emotional, and societal consequences associated with drug abuse.

The highlight of the awareness drive was the solemn oath administered to the people of the village and students. The oath ceremony symbolized a collective commitment to lead a drug-free life and work towards creating a society that is free from the clutches of addiction.
