King’s College Partners with Hong Kong University School of Professional and Continuing Education
Hong Kong University is a prestigious and highly ranked higher education institution in China; ranked #17 in the QS World Rankings 2025 (#31 for Life Sciences & Medicine). HKU SPACE is the long-standing and very successful continuing education arm of Hong Kong University.
The partnership will enable King’s to deliver the MSc Clinical Nursing programme to students based in Hong Kong, launching in July for a September 2024 intake. The programme will be delivered over two years part-time via distance learning.
The MSc Clinical Nursing programme reflects an emphasis on research-based education to support nurses to develop as leaders in healthcare practice. Students will gain the knowledge they need to provide compassionate, evidence-based and person-centred care and to lead others in doing so. They will also learn about the use of digital strategies in healthcare and be able to engage with institutional and wider cultures that promote patient safety.
