Mumbai – K J Somaiya Institute of Management (KJSIM) proudly announces the remarkable achievements of its graduating class of 2022-2024, marking yet another year of unparalleled success in fostering Day 1 ready professionals amidst challenging economic conditions.
This year, KJSIM welcomed over 240+ companies to its campus for placements, which is a 10% increase from last year. More companies are recognizing the education quality of KJSIM and are eager to hire its graduates.
Here are some important highlights:

Higher Salaries: On average, students from the class of 2022-2024 received higher salaries compared to the previous year. The highest salary offered was an impressive 28.25 LPA (Lakhs per Annum).

More Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs): About 15% of students received job offers before the formal placement process even began. This indicates that companies were impressed with the skills and readiness of KJSIM students during summer internships.

Diverse Industries: Reflecting the institute’s commitment to providing a well-rounded education, students received offers from a diverse array of sectors. BFSI led the way with 45%, followed by IT and Consulting at 30%, while Conglomerates and FMCG accounted for 11% and 4% respectively.
Some of the top companies that participated in the placement process include Axis Bank, Barclays, Deloitte USI, Goldman Sachs, Infosys, and Nestle.
Dr. Raman Ramachandran, Director, K J Somaiya Institute of Management, expressed his pride in the students’ achievements. He said, “We are glad to see our students succeed in their careers. The increase in job opportunities and salaries reflects the high-quality education provided at KJSIM.” He also mentioned the importance of experiential learning, like Capstone projects, which help students tackle real-world challenges and become ready for the job market.
