KL Deemed-to-be University announces KLEEE-2022 Entrance Exam and INR 100 Crores in Merit Scholarships
Bhubaneswar – KL Deemed to be University, one of the leading universities in the country for graduation and higher education, has announced the dates for KL Engineering Entrance Exam 2022 (KLEEE-2022) for the students aiming to make a career in the technology. The exams will be held online on January 27th, 28th, and 29th of 2022 ensuring the safety protocols to be met as prescribed by the authorities from time to time.
The KLEEE-2022 was launched by the Honourable Speaker of Odisha Legislative Assembly, Dr. Surjya Narayana Patro. Last year, the KLEEE and entrance examinations for other streams at KL Deemed to be University witnessed immense interest from the students with more than 40,000 applicants from various states across India and abroad.
Every year, meritorious students have been given high priority in the admissions, to get the students of high potential. This year also the objective is to absorb students of high pedigree; and a larger turn out for the online examination is anticipated. The scholarships totalling INR 100 Crores would empower those from financially weaker backgrounds.
While announcing the details of the entrance exam and scholarships, Dr. J Srinivasa Rao, Director of Admissions at KL Deemed to be University said, “Our mission to launch the scholarship is not only to recognise the meritorious students but to enable them to secure quality education with no financial burden. It is also motivating for students of high potential as well. Last year quite many deserving candidates were awarded scholarships. This year again we have launched INR 100 crore worth of merit scholarships for the 2022 session; INR 35 crores for KLEEE merit students, INR 30 crores for JEE 96 percentile and above students, INR 15 crores for Inter Merit students and INR 20 crores for Management, Sciences and Humanities students. Our endeavour is to deliver the finest education with no financial impediments for the most deserving students.”
The 2022 graduating batches of the KL Deemed to be University have already received over 3,200 placement offers from Dream and Super Dream Companies. The highest pay package recorded for 2021 batch witnessed a jump of 150% at INR 25 Lacs per annum, while the average salary package witnessed 35% increase in the last 4 years.
