Korea Maritime & Ocean University: Business agreement with Maritime University, Busan Regional Bar Association and Korean Maritime Law Association

The College of Maritime Affairs (Dean Jin- Kwon Kim) signed a business agreement with the Busan Regional Bar Association and the Korean Maritime Law Association at the university headquarters on the 31st of last month .



The signing ceremony was signed to strengthen the practical capabilities of each institution in the maritime field and to promote cooperation in attracting the Busan Maritime Court . .



According to the agreement, the three agencies actively cooperate with each other for a common purpose .



In particular, the College of Maritime Affairs enhances the practical skills of the lawyers belonging to the Bar Association and members of the Law Association by boarding the training ship .



The Busan Bar Association actively cooperates with its lawyers to improve their practical skills in related fields . In addition, it supports maritime law education for students of the Maritime College and participates in the maritime law practical exchanges of the Law Society .



The Korean Maritime Law Association improves the practical skills of the maritime law field of lawyers belonging to the Bar Association and students of the Maritime College by providing information on maritime law .



With this agreement as an opportunity, these organizations plan to emphasize the necessity of establishing a maritime court in Busan and make efforts to provide a smoother installation environment .



President Doh Doe-hee said, “ The stabilization of the legal system in all areas related to the ocean has great significance . New markets will be created by reorganizing the system , ” he said .
