Korea Maritime & Ocean University Receives 100 million From Jeilhang Station Chairman Park Gwang-hyun

Jeilhang Station Co. , Ltd. Chairman Park Gwang-hyun delivered 100 million won to the university development fund .



President Park Gwang -hyun is an alumni of our university who graduated from the Department of Institutions (Class of 54 , Class of 10 ) .



Chairman Park Gwang-hyun has delivered about 300 million won of development funds for university development and training of the younger generation . In December of last year, they donated 20 million won to nurture talents in the field of future ships , which is very meaningful in that it is a scholarship that is supported every year in line with the purpose of the ‘ Future Ships Talent Fostering Support Association ( Korea Shipping Association )’ .



The development fund delivery ceremony was held on the 5th at Jeilhang Station in Seoul .



The development fund delivered on this day was prepared to improve the educational conditions of younger students and to promote academics for faculty members .
