Korea Maritime & Ocean University: Successful completion of ‘2022 Alumni Family Harmony Hanmadang’

The ‘2022 Alumni Family Harmony Hanmadang ‘ hosted by our University Alumni Association ( Chairman Young -seop Jeong ) was successfully completed . The event was organized by the 84, 94, 04 class alumni of the College of Maritime Affairs , the alumni association of the College of Ocean Science and Technology Convergence , and the alumni association of the College of Maritime Humanities and Social Sciences .



The Alumni Family Harmony Hanmadang event held on campus on the 24th brought together more than 1,300 alumni and alumni families , domestic and foreign guests, and officials from alma mater . Alumni and their families participated in the ‘ Family Cheerful Sports Day ‘ held at Archi Grass Park, the practice ship Hannara, a tour of the museum , the operation of a children’s water park, and a performance to celebrate the guest singer .



The Alumni Family Harmony Event hosted by the Alumni Association is an important event of the Alumni Association, which has been held annually since 1990 with a history and tradition . As the event, which had been temporarily suspended due to COVID – 19 , was resumed after three years, not only the participating alumni but also their families received a great response .

Alumni Chairman Jeong Yeong-seop said in the remarks in the remarks, “ I hope that many alumni who are active at home and abroad for the development of the marine industry will gather together at their alma mater to share precious memories and friendships . ”



In addition , President Doh Do-hee said, “ The Korea Maritime University is where it is today because of the alumni who worked hard day and night to contribute to the development of the university and the country . ” Thank you , ” he said .
