On Wednesday, July 17, the College of Health Science and the Korea Basic Science Institute (KBSI) Metropolitan Center signed an education and research cooperation agreement in Room B130 of Hana Science Hall.
The agreement focuses on the joint utilization of the research infrastructure of both institutions, thereby creating a practical framework for substantive research cooperation. As part of their action plan, the institutions have committed to holding weekly research group meetings and to organizing a symposium scheduled for the second half of the year. Additionally, KBSI will provide expertise on equipment usage to support the joint research efforts.

Director Seo Jong-bok of the KBSI Metropolitan Center remarked, “This year, KBSI has been reorganized into a metropolitan center. Through this agreement with the College of Health Science, we anticipate deeper cooperation in the bio field through the utilization of our developing medical platform, which is one of our key projects.”
