LeadSquared announces one of kind, Rainmaker Challenge in association with Mettl

 

LeadSquared, a Bengaluru-based SaaS company, known for its sales automation solutions – has launched “The Rainmaker Challenge” – a one-of-a-kind contest to hire the best sales talent in India.

The Rainmaker Challenge has been launched in association with Mettl, with registrations open from 20th May 2021. The challenge will run from June 11th to June 16th, 2021. It will focus on finding the best sales talent – “the Rainmakers” who think unconventionally, take risks, make decisions fast, work collaboratively, and deal with real-time challenges efficiently.

The challenge will test the candidates on their behavioral and cognitive capabilities, sales aptitude, spoken English, and conversational skills in two rounds of assessments. The top 3 winners will have a chance to walk away with a Macbook Air, an iPhone 12, and an iPad. Top 50 candidates and entries will be awarded Smartwatches and Kindle devices. The top candidates stand a chance to be hired by LeadSquared and be placed in its India offices.
