Learning German in Kindergarten

With the beginning of the full-time semester, classes were resumed under the project “German in Kindergarten” with the support of the Goethe-Institut.
The project leader is a senior lecturer of the Department of German and French languages ​​of the Institute of Foreign Languages ​​E.A. Yakovleva held a lesson for children on the current topic of Coronavirus .

One of the most important components of teaching a foreign language at an early stage – visualization – was presented in the form of cards with words, video clips, pictures. The interactivity of the lesson and the creation of a kind atmosphere were served by a toy that is put on the teacher’s hand: the dog Tobi speaks and understands only German.
