Aligarh, October 10: Digitalization is becoming ubiquitous in the Aligarh Muslim University (AMU). In a new development, the varsity now has the leave records of its employees available online.
The step, which has been taken by the Finance and Accounts Department, Leave Section, AMU will enable employees to check their leave balances on their official login on www.amu.ac.in/emp. With the new facility, employees will be able to see their leave balances by clicking the ‘Leave Statement’ on dashboard after opening their profiles. The ‘Leave Statement’ can also be downloaded through the Profile Section on www.amu.ac.in.
Prof S M Jawed Akhtar (Finance Officer) has urged the deans of faculties, DSW, proctor, chairpersons of various departments, principals of all colleges and schools, directors of centres and institutes, head of offices, member-in-charges and hall provosts to create profiles of all staff under their control.
