Lecture held on education system in the USA

ALIGARH  : Prof Shakir Husain, Civil Engineering Department, Youngstown State University, Ohio, USA elaborated the higher education scenario in the USA and delineated the prerequisites of various scholarships and fellowships for students.

He was delivering a lecture on “Education System in the US and its Relevance in India” organized by the Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE), Aligarh Muslim University.

He also interacted with the students and answered their queries regarding various programmes sponsored by the US government.

Earlier, Prof Mohd Nafees Ahmad Ansari (Director, CDOE) welcomed the guest speaker and thanked him for sparing time to interact with the students.
