Lodha Developers’ upskilling initiatives empower alternative livelihood opportunities

initiatives for 500+ support staff and their families. The aim was to instill confidence and aid people around
to enable them to earn an alternative livelihood.
This Diwali, the up-skilling program comprises of creating décor items that are further going to be sold
across Lodha developments and offices, and the revenue generated will be distributed equally amongst
the participants. With an underlying motive of encouraging financial independence, the measures
undertaken by Lodha are a great step in this regard.

during this festive season. With a unified objective of increasing employment avenues, Lodha looks

self-reliant initiatives for the families of employees and children from Lodha Group of Schools, who
underwent a severe economic crisis due to the pandemic.
