Madhya Pradesh first state in country to take decision under NRA

Bhopal : The Government of Madhya Pradesh has decided that the youth of Madhya Pradesh will be given jobs on the basis of marks obtained in the examinations conducted by the NRA. Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan informed that a remarkable decision has been taken to implement the decision of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and to provide jobs only on the basis of marks obtained in the examinations conducted by NRA. Madhya Pradesh is the first state to take such a decision. This will make the life of youth comfortable. Other states of the country will also adopt this initiative of Madhya Pradesh and come forward to work for the welfare of their youth. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that we have taken another unique and revolutionary decision, in which there will be no need for the youth to give any separate examination for government jobs in the state. Government jobs will be given to the youth of the state in the categories prescribed on the basis of NRA merit.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the central government has approved the formation of a National Recruitment Agency under which the candidates appearing in an examination will get a chance to compete for many posts. Shri Chouhan said that under this unique system, the youth will get freedom from filling different applications and different fees. This will not only save time of the candidates, but enable transparency in recruitment process also.

Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that the decision taken by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi in the interest of students to conduct online examinations is also welcome. The examinations will be conducted online and every district will have at least one examination centre. Now the youth of the country will be able to appear in just one test that is CET (Common Eligibility Test-General Aptitude Test) in place of individual examinations like SSC, RRB and IBPS. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that this will provide relief to the youths and disabled, residing in villages and remote areas of the country from unnecessary efforts and expenditure incurred on examinations.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that in the concerted efforts being made to make Madhya Pradesh self-reliant, decision has been taken to provide government jobs to the youth of the state. Our priority is that the resources of Madhya Pradesh should be for the children of Madhya Pradesh only. He said that we will give shape to the dream of Atmanirbhar Bharat of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi by realizing the dream of Atmanirbhar Madhya Pradesh.
