Madhya Pradesh will evolve as a separate identity in the field of development

Bhopal : Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has congratulated the citizens of the state on the new year. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that Madhya Pradesh will evolve as a separate identity in the field of development in the coming years. Madhya Pradesh will lead in meeting the goal of Atmanirbhar Bharat. For this, every citizen of the state must ensure his participation.

Greeting the citizens of the state on the occasion of New Year, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan hoped that the state which abounds in natural resources, will get the benefit of better human resources. Every person will ensure his direct participation in development. Government of Madhya Pradesh is concerned and is making efforts for the welfare of all sections. He said that the decisions taken in the last nine months prove that significant efforts have been made for development of agriculture, rural development, infrastructure, industrial development, urban welfare, sanitation, health, education, water resources, tribal development, scheduled caste development, backward class development. No matter what kind of mafia, it will be not allowed to spread its tentacles in the state. The state government has campaigned strongly against adulteration. The Chief Minister said that by establishing good governance, we will make Madhya Pradesh a better state.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that by amending the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Delivery Guarantee Act through an ordinance, provision is being made that to ensure that if the service is not provided to the applicant by the concerned officer till the prescribed limit, then the applicant will get the services automatically after the limit. This will be called Deemed Service.

The Chief Minister said that by making amendments in the law, punishment for adulteration has been replaced with life imprisonment and fine instead of six months imprisonment and fine up to Rs one thousand. Adulterators will face life imprisonment. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that both these amendments in the law are very important from the point of view of public welfare.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that Madhya Pradesh has been successful in turning serious problems like Corona into opportunities. Revenue collection is increasing in the state. The implementation of the schemes has been speeded up by providing budget for development. Incomplete projects are being completed. Construction work has gained momentum once again. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that on the occasion of the arrival of 2021, he is praying to Sai Baba at Shirdi for the welfare of the citizens of the state. He has offered prayers to Bhagwan Bala Ji at Tirupati also for the happiness and prosperity of the citizens of Madhya Pradesh.
