Magic Billion to send skilled candidates to Germany; Hands over offer letter in the presence German Ambassador to India
New Delhi : Magic Billion, a pioneering recruitment and talent management provider specialising in international job placements for Indians, handed over offer letters to the Germany Cohort of 2024-25 to over 100 skilled candidates at an event held in the national capital today.
In a gesture of international cooperation and trust, Dr. Philip Ackermann, the German Ambassador to India, personally presented the offer letters to the candidates. This ceremony not only underscores the exceptional opportunities available to Indian talent abroad but also highlights the strong relations between India and Germany, both at people-to-people and business-to-business levels.
The day’s proceedings commenced with a welcome note and the traditional lighting of the lamp by Dr. Ackermann, followed by a series of Indo-German cultural presentations by the candidates themselves. Ms Aditi Banerjee, the co-founder and CEO of Magic Billion and IndiaWorks, spoke about the organisations’ vision of placing 10,000 skilled Indian talent in Germany by 2030. While making the keynote address, Dr. Philip Ackermann, the German Ambassador to India, stressed the strength of the Indo-German relationship. The ceremony also featured a vote of thanks by Dr. Handirk von Ungern-Sternberg, founder and Managing Director of IndiaWorks.
