Mumbai: CM Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray directed the School Education Department to evaluate re-starting 10 & 12 classes in villages that have been COVID-free for the past few months and are adhering to strict COVID protocols to ensure that they stay COVID-free in the future.

Furthermore, the School Education Department proposed to cover educational expenses of students who lost both their parents due to COVID from 1st to 12th standard—appreciating this decision, the Hon’ble CM advised that the proposal be presented in the Cabinet.
