Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) ranked by Times Higher Education Asia University Ranking 2024
MAHE has achieved an impressive overall score of 38.6-41.5, which is a significant improvement of 50 positions from its previous ranking to place it in the 201-250 bracket.
Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) has secured a coveted position in the 201-250 range of the prestigious Times Higher Education Asia University Ranking 2024. MAHE has achieved an impressive overall score of 38.6-41.5, which represents a significant improvement of 50 positions from its previous ranking in the 251-300 bracket.
The Times Higher Education Asia University Rankings 2024 use 18 performance indicators which are recalibrated to reflect the attributes of Asia’s institutions. The universities are judged across all their core missions – teaching, research, knowledge transfer and international outlook – to provide the most comprehensive and balanced comparisons available.
The performance indicators are grouped into five areas: Teaching (the learning environment); Research environment (volume, income and reputation); Research quality (citation impact, research strength, research excellence and research influence); International outlook (staff, students and research); and Industry (income and patents).
The latest university rankings feature 739 institutions from 31 territories, with Japan and India having the largest contingents of 119. An additional 98 universities from India, Turkey, Iran, and Pakistan have been added since last year.
