Manipal Hospitals kick starts 1st season of Manipal Champion League 2023

Delhi – Today marks the beginning of the two-day Manipal Champion League 2023, Northwest Region, for medical professionals and staff members of Manipal Hospitals in Gurugram, Haryana. Sarandeep Singh, a former Indian cricketer and team selector, originally inaugurated the friendly inter-unit cricket tournament.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Sarandeep Singh said, ” Teamwork, communication, and a dedication to excellence are all key components of cricket, similar to healthcare. Being a part of the Inter Cricket Champions League is an honour. I congratulate every participant for participating in this tournament, and I urge Manipal Hospitals’ medical professionals and staff to continue to embrace the characteristics that make cricket such a fantastic sport — qualities that are vital for providing patient-centered care. Keep up the good effort and enjoy your game of cricket to the fullest”.

During this tournament, eight teams from across the northwest region of Manipal Hospitals will be participating in the Manipal Champion League 2023. These teams include Dwakra Dynamite, Gurugram Gangs, Ghaziabad Gems, Jaipur Jolts, Kharadi Kings, Baner Blasters, the Royals of Patiala, and Incredible Leaders. The aim of this friendly tournament is to bring people together and help them develop leadership qualities, teamwork, and time management.
