Brett E. Bouma of the Institute for Medical Engineering and Science was named a 2022 National Academy of Inventors Fellow on Dec. 8.
Markus Buehler of the departments of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Mechanical Engineering received the Society of Engineering Science’s James R. Rice Medal on Oct. 21.
Arup Chakraborty of the Department of Chemical Engineering received the APS Max Delbruck Prize in Biological Physics on Oct. 26.
Gang Chen of the Department of Mechanical Engineering was named to the Physics World Top 10 Breakthroughs of 2022 for his work showing that cubic boron arsenide is the best semiconductor material ever found on Dec. 8.
Connor Wilson Coley of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science was selected to the Schmidt Futures’ AI2050 Early Career Fellows on Nov. 8.
Brandon DeKosky of the Department of Chemical Engineering received the Antibody Society’s James S. Huston Antibody Science Talent Award on Oct. 20.
