Mata Amritanantamayi Devi to Address the World Hindu Congress in Bangkok

Kollam: Mata Amritanantamayi Devi, affectionately known as Amma, the revered spiritual leader, humanitarian, and founder of the Mata Amritanandamayi Math, is set to grace the third edition of the World Hindu Congress (WHC) with her presence in Bangkok. Organized by The World Hindu Foundation, the WHC-2023 is scheduled to commence on November 24, 2023, at the IMPACT Convention Center.

The World Hindu Congress, a globally significant event, has been previously hosted in Delhi in 2014 and Chicago in 2018. The upcoming WHC-2023 promises to be an even more remarkable gathering, with a theme that resonates deeply with the Hindu community: ‘Jayasya Aayatnam Dharmah,’ which translates to ‘Dharma, the abode of victory.’

The prestigious event will bring together distinguished scholars and experts from India and around the world, including the esteemed presence of Amma, known for her remarkable humanitarian efforts and profound spiritual teachings. WHC-2023 will encompass seven parallel conferences, each dedicated to essential aspects such as the economy, education and academia, media, politics, organizations, unique leadership, and the contributions of Hindu women and youth.

With participation from delegates representing more than 60 countries, the conference aims to provide a comprehensive platform for exploring and deliberating on the challenges and opportunities facing the global Hindu community. It will serve as a gathering of great minds, fostering discussions and sharing insights to strengthen and advance the values and principles of Hinduism on a global scale.
