Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli and Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited (AVNL)

Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited (AVNL), Chennai on 31st March, 2023. The MoU was signed by Dr. Pawan Kumar Singh, Director, IIM Tiruchirappalli and Shri. Biswaranjan Pattanaik, Director, HR, Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited. Dr. Saravanan P, Dean – Corporate Relations & Faculty Affairs, IIM Tiruchirappalli and Mr. Senthil, CRO – IIM Tiruchirappalli, were also present during the event. This MOU will be valid for five years from the date of signing.

IIM Tiruchirappalli and AVNL shall cooperate and work together to explore various projects and emerging opportunities in the areas of mutual interest and expertise in India and other geographies as mutually identified and agreed upon. IIM Tiruchirappalli shall focus on customized short-term training programmes for AVNL in the areas of Business advisory services, Strategic IT consulting, Programme and project management, Capacity building and knowledge management, and Consultancy and advisory services for Finance, Operations, and HR Division of AVNL.

IIM Tiruchirappalli and AVNL shall engage in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and grant programs for the benefit of society.
