MILAP: Academia-Industry Connect cum MDP Annual Felicitation Ceremony

Management Development Program (MDP) division of IIFT, New Delhi organized MILAP: Academia Industry Connect cum MDP Annual Felicitation Ceremony on March 31st, 2023. In all around 80 stakeholders from reputed organizations like Ministry of Petroleum and Gas, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Finance, Denmark Embassy, GAIL, BHEL, ONGC, SAIL, HPCL, BOSCH, NHPC, BATA, NESTLE, TCS, Accenture to name a few attended the event
Welcome address including MDPs Division’s achievements was given by Dr. Asheesh Pandey, Professor and Head (MDP) IIFT Delhi, Major General Sharad Kapur (Directorate General of Resettlement) graced the occasion as Guest of Honour, in his address he appreciated the value addition inculcated by IIFT in the Armed Forces veterans during their certificate programs. He also acknowledged that program delivered helped them to develop knowledge of contemporary and analytical tools.
Shri Manoj Kumar, Executive Director (International Business), Bharat Electronics Limited delivered key note address and emphasized on relevance of corporate training. He also stressed in enhancing the productivity and profitability of the companies
After that felicitation ceremony was taken place where 40 Rank holders from 28 training programs of financial year 2022-23 were felicitated with gold, silver and bronze medals. The ceremony got concluded with the vote of thanks given by Dr. Vijya Katti (Former Dean) IIFT Delhi.
