Mindtree Certified as a Great Place to Work® in India
Mumbai: Mindtree, a global technology services and digital transformation company has been certified as a Great Place to Work® in India for 2021-22.
As part of the assessment, Great Place to Work® Institute, a global management research and consulting firm, measured the perceptions of Mindtree employees (“Mindtree Minds”) using Great Place to Work® (GPTW) Trust Index© Employee Survey, and analyzed Mindtree’s differentiating culture through the Culture Brief© and Culture Audit© on a broad range of critical parameters such as people practices, policies, pay and benefit systems, and employee demographics.
Mindtree received a high score on the Trust Index© with a large percentage of Mindtree employees providing a positive response (rated 4 or 5 on a 5-point scale) to the 58 statements of the survey. The company earned high scores for each of the five dimensions that comprise the Trust Index — credibility of management, respect for people, fairness at the workplace, pride, and camaraderie between people.
