Mission Fateh Punjab Youth Development Board fully committed to empower youth: Sukhwinder Singh Bindra

“The Punjab Youth Development Board is fully committed to empower the youth of the State as wellas work for their welfare so as to harness their full potential to make Punjab a frontline state in the country.”

Making this clear here in a meeting regarding the review of the youth centric initiatives of the State Government, the Chairman of the Board Sukhwinder Singh Bindra said that the board has operationalised a Covid 19 helpline number 9577200003 to deal with the queries regarding corona virus.

He added that board is preparing the youth to render service with full dedication and devotion to the cause of humanity in the present corona virus pandemic. He informed that with the active support of Youth Clubs, Red Ribbon Clubs and NSS Volunteers, the Board aims to spread awareness in every nook and corner of the State. He said that during the month long campaign under the Mission, ‘the warriors of the Board’ will create mass awareness about wearing masks, washing hands, maintaining social distancing and taking care of the elderly.

Among others present on the occasion included the Principal Secretary Sports and Youth Services Mr. Hussan Lal and the Special Secretary cum Director Sports Mr. Sanjay Popli.
