Aligarh: Five Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) students from different disciplines have been hired by multi-national corporations such as Max Bupa, I energizer, Hexa view and Building and Wood Workers International (BWI) in a placement drive conducted by the university’s General Training and Placement Office.

“They are M Saquib, Ravi Sahni, Bhanu Pratap Singh, Shagufta Riyaz and Uruba Fatima,” said Saad Hameed, Training and Placement Officer (TPO).

Dr Jahangir Alam, Assistant TPO added that more placement drives are scheduled despite the Covid19 outbreak, which has brought job placements at a halt throughout the country.
