MoU Signed between CIMP and Ennoble IP for IP related services and research

Today, in a virtual event, two separate Memorandum of Undersatndings (MoU) were signed with Ennoble IP, one with Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna (CIMP) and the other with CIMP-BIIF Incubation Centre for Intellectual Property related research, innovation and allied services. Ennoble IP is a market based intellectual property consulting firm which has built up a major client base among Startups, SMEs & Universities.
On this occasion, Dr. Shweta Singh, Founder and CEO of Ennoble IP, was present as special guest and MoU partner along with CIMP’s Director, Prof. Dr. Rana Singh and CIMP-BIIF’s CEO, Mr. Kumod Kumar.
While addressing the virtual event, Dr. Shweta Singh, briefed about her company’s mission and its core areas of expertise which includes filing for patent, trademark, design, copyright, commercialization and training. She said “Indian Universities, SMEs and startups have huge potential and do lot of innovations, but lack of awareness put them behind and simultaneously lose their valuable IP assets. We at Ennoble IP take pledge to raise this awareness among Indian Entity and protect their IP through best solution at reasonable cost.” She also highlighted the fact that the patents filed in India tripled in the last five years and rose by 30% according to the Economic Survey 2021-22. She said working with prestigious institution like CIMP in Bihar, her birth place, would be a memorable experience.
Emphasizing on the importance of this MoU, Prof. Dr. Rana Singh, said that this signing of MoUs would give catalytic boost to the IPR ecosystem in Bihar in general and would particularly benefit CIMP in improving the rankings as an institution and help CIMP-BIIF become a hub to mentor other entities for IPR in future.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Kumod Kumar, said that Bihar lacks organizations which work in the field of IP and this MoU with Ennoble IP would help in filling the lacunae. At the end, while signing the document, Dr. Shweta expressed her gratitude for choosing her organization as a partner in furthering each other interests in the field of IPR.
