The young athlete had very recently bagged the honor of being the youngest athlete to qualify for the Tokyo Paralympic Games 2020 and this victory will certainly be another prized feather in her hat.
Despite battling adversity at such a young age, Kashish has displayed amazing fortitude and has overcome all the obstacles to evolve into the wonderful athlete that she is today. She is an inspiration for all the athletes who dream of making it big. She credits much of her success to her support system that comprises her family, coach, and her school (Modern Public School).
Talking about her student’s latest victory, Mrs. Alka Kapur, Principal, Modern Public School, said, “She is unstoppable. That’s all that you can say. Few people have the courage to get up when they get knocked down and Kashish is one of those rare gems. As always, we’ll do the best we can to support her and we’re certain that this is the beginning of her journey. She has immense potential for accomplishing great feats and we are more than proud to have her with us. I wish her all the best for her future endeavors.”
