MSK Kishtwar holds series of awareness programs in schools

KISHTWAR : On the direction of Deputy Commissioner (Chairman), Ashok Kumar Sharma and under the overall supervision of District Social Welfare Officer (Nodal Officer) Tariq Parveaz Qazi, District Level Centre For Women, (Mahila Shakti Kendra) Kishtwar today organised series of awareness programs in the schools to mark International Women’s Week.

The awareness programmes were organised at Upper Primary School and Girls Middle School Semana.

The MSK team, while interacting with the teachers and students, said that the week is observed across the world to spread awareness about education and gender issues, besides to celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women.
