Musical Fountain will add more attraction to Bagh-e-Bahu: Mayor JMC

Jammu: Chander Mohan Gupta, Mayor, Jammu Municipal Corporation today said that the Musical fountain coming up at Bagh-e-Bahu shall attract more tourists & locals after its commencement. This was stated by the Mayor during inspection of upcoming Musical Fountain at Bagh-e-Bahu.

The Mayor along with entire team of Corporators of Jammu Municipal Corporation visited the site along with Neelam Khajuria, Joint Director Tourism, Jammu who briefed the visiting delegation about the salient features of the Musical fountain that is coming up at a project cost of Rs. 10.00 crore.

Neelam Khajuria informed the delegation that the upcoming project is a unique of its kind & shall be instrumental in attracting tourists & locals in large number to the new circuit involving Gondola, Musical Fountain & Bahu Fort. She further added that Directorate of Tourism has devised a plan to showcase the rich culture and history through the operation of the fountain.

The Mayor along with the delegation appreciated the efforts of the Tourism Department in promotion of Tourism in Jammu & urged to complete the project at the earliest so that Jammuites & Tourists could relish the culture and heritage of the region.
