National Lok Adalat on 10th July at Ganderbal

Ganderbal: As per the Calendar of National Lok Adalats for the year 2021, 2nd National Lok Adalat is scheduled to be held on 10th of July 2021.

In this connection the District Legal Services Authority Ganderbal is going to organize the National Lok Adalat on the scheduled date at District Court Complex Ganderbal and Munsiff Court Complex Kangan.

The Litigants whose cases are pending in the different courts of District Ganderbal and are interested to settle their cases in the said National Lok Adalat are directed to approach the office of District Legal Services Authority Ganderbal/ Tehsil Legal Services Kangan by or before 04th of July 2021 for amicable settlement.

Cases that may be taken up for settlement in the aforesaid National Lok Adalat include Pre-Litigation NI Act cases under section 138, Money Recovery cases, Labour and Employment disputes cases, Electricity and water bills and other bill payment cases (excluding non-compoundable)
