National Lok Adalat on March 12, 2022 ; DLSA Ramban invites interested litigants to register cases

RAMBAN : District Legal Services Authority Ramban, under the guidance of the Principal District & Session Judge and chairman DLSA Haq Nawaz Zargar, has invited interested litigants to register their cases for settlement in the National Lok Adalat being held on March 12, 2022 on the direction of National Legal Services Authority and U.T. of J&K LSA.

The litigants/ general public, interested to settle his/her dispute/case pending in the court or which is still to be instituted, in the said National Lok Adalat amicably through conciliation and mediation shall approach to the concerned court and register their cases for hearing in the National Lok Adalat or contact PLVs at nearby Legal Aid Clinics for help.

All cases including Criminal Compoundable Offence; NI Act cases under Section 138; Money Recovery cases; MACT cases; Labour disputes cases; Electricity and Water Bills, Matrimonial disputes , Revenue cases and Other civil cases will be taken in the Lok Adalat.
