Navrachana University sees a significant increase in inquiries and admissions across programs
Navrachana University, the premier multi-disciplinary private university in the region, has experienced a notable surge in inquiries and admissions this year from several states, reflecting its growing reputation and appeal across the country.
The university has witnessed a sharp rise in inquiries and admissions from several states including Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Uttarakhand, and Telangana, and the union territory of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
Navrachana University’s Registrar Prof. Sandeep Vasant, said, “We are truly thrilled to welcome students from nearly a dozen states across the country to our university this year. This shows that our course offerings, pedagogy, academic excellence, and the nurturing environment we provide for holistic growth of students, are appealing to students beyond Vadodara and Gujarat. We are committed to preparing the students for a successful future.”
While Computer Science Engineering remains a popular choice, this year has also seen exceptionally strong interest in Mechanical, Civil and Electrical & Electronic Engineering branches. This trend indicates a balanced demand across different fields of engineering, highlighting the comprehensive nature of the university’s offerings.
Moreover, the BBA-LLB and BA Humanities & Social Sciences programs, designed to provide students with a robust foundation in their respective fields and prepare them for successful careers, have witnessed significant demand.
The newly launched B. Design program, specializing in Product Design and Visual Communication, has also attracted a healthy number of students. This innovative program aims to nurture creative talents and equip them with the necessary skills to excel in the design industry.
In addition to the academic achievements, Navrachana University hosted NUVaarambh, its week-long orientation program for newly admitted students. During the orientation, students were introduced to the various electives, minors, and the university’s foundation programs. The initiative is part of the university’s commitment to ensuring that students are well-prepared and integrated into the academic environment from the outset.
