NCC CADETS & CISF JAWANS ATTENDED SWACHHTA PAKHWADA CLOSING CEREMONY IN HYDERABAD

Hyderabad : Recognising the vital role of the schools in spreading the SWACHHTA PAKHWADA awareness and implementation across the country, NCC Cadets of Zilla Parishad High School (ZPHS) BHEL conducted 14 days public awareness programs i.e. Dec 1st, 2019 to Dec 14th, 2019 on risk of plastic waste and awareness rally with slogans importance of clean India.. Green India….

Mr.G.Udaykumar, Executive Director, BHEL, Ramchandrapuram. Honoured MLA G.Mahipal Reddy Garu and requested to extend his support in keeping the township neat and clean.

Speaking on occasion Sri.G.Mahipal Reddy Garu, MLA, Patancheru, To kept surroundings clean and hygine, with that only we bring the change in our villages, states, as well as our country towards cleanliness and we kept away from the disease which is caused by the contamination. And also MLA appreciates the CISF Jawans & NCC Cadets of ZPHS, BHEL to make the initiation towards this program.

Dr.S.P.S.Tomer,Commandant CISF, BHEL said 15 Days programme in the guidlines of (MHA), Central Government of India, CISF Jawans (80 members) and NCC cadets (120) of ZPHS, BHEL students removing plastic from BHEL township special drive conducted today. During SWACHHTA PAKHWADA a 15days program planned and organized like sensation among childrens in all schools located in BHEL Township, shopping malls, markets, temples, residential areas, GHMC offices, Mandal Office (Ramchandrapuram) were covered by CISF.

This program conducted to continue the same for future and lifelong to avoid plastic and consequences due to plastic pollutions. We are very happy to our hournable MLA, Sri. Gudem Mahipal Reddy for his sponsorship for getting SWACHHTA T-Shirts to encourage our CISF team, NCC Cadets (ZPHS) School Children’s (ZPHS).

The Head Master ZPHS BHEL, Mr.AmarshekarReddy informed that NCC Cadets and CISF Jawans together collected 250 kgs of plastic wastage in the Town ship..

So, it’s not just good for your health, it’s also good for the environment. It’s called ‘PLOGGING’—a portmanteau of jogging and the Swedish plockaupp,meaning ‘pick up’said Mr.A.Damodhar, NCC Officer.

The aim of this massive exercise is to raise awareness amongst the community, collect plastic waste and make the surroundings clean said Mr.Damodhar.
