New Chemistry Lab at Sayyid Hamid Senior Secondary School

Aligarh : A chemistry laboratory to provide students with access to state-of-the-art facilities was today inaugurated at the Sayyid Hamid Senior Secondary School, Aligarh Muslim University.

“I am sure the new chemistry lab equipped with latest specialised equipment will provide the students with a further competitive, active and a busy atmosphere for chemistry study”, said Prof Asfar Ali Khan (Director, Directorate of School Education) after the ceremonial ribbon-cutting to inaugurate the lab.

Dr S M Mustafa (Principal, Sayyid Hamid Senior Secondary School) said the new lab can accommodate 84 students at a time with proper LPG supply at each student’s slab.

The laboratory will be looked after by Mrs Taiyaba Azhar and Mrs Naghma.
