NHIDCL donates BLS Ambulance to DH Kishtwar; DC hands over keys to CMO

 

KISHTWAR: To strengthen the health infrastructure in the district, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kishtwar Ashok Sharma today handed over a fully loaded Basic Lift Support (BLS) Ambulance to Chief Medical Officer Dr. R. S. Manhas at DC Office Complex, here.

The Ambulance has been donated by the National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd (NHIDCL) Government of India under Corporate Social Responsibility for the use of Patients and Trauma cases.

Speaking on the occasion, the DC said that the Ambulance will augment the emergency medicare facility in the District and benefit the the people.

On the occasion, the CMO Kishtwar expressed his gratitude to DC Kishtwar and officials of NHIDCL.

He said the Ambulance will prove highly beneficial in providing better healthcare to the patients in the district.

General Manager NHIDCL, Col. Parveen Ahlawat, CMO, Kishtwar Dr R S Manhas, Dy CMO Dr. Balbir Kumar and others were present on the occasion.
