Nick Simons Institute for being awarded 2023 Sasakawa Health Prize from the WHO for improving health workforce & service delivery in rural Nepal

Kathmandu: Nick Simons Institute received the Sasakawa award from the WHO on the recommendation of the MoHP, Nepal.
This award has given additional encouragement and energy to NSI. NSI family would like to express its heartfelt thanks to all on this happy occasion. Nick Simons Institute for being awarded 2023 Sasakawa Health Prize, for improving health workforce & service delivery in rural #Nepal. It trained 7000+ health workers, improved service quality in 100 rural hospitals, & supplied essential equipment to 44 hospitals.
