New Delhi : A comprehensive two-day HACCP (hazard analysis and critical control points) certificate course on 1st and 2nd June 2024 organized by the Department of Interdisciplinary Sciences at NIFTEM-K (National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management) concluded on June 2, 2024. The course was conducted in collaboration with The Acheson Group (TAG), with the objective of equipping participants with the knowledge and necessary skills to implement HACCP systems within their food businesses.
Under the mentorship of Ms. Ranjeet Klair, a distinguished trainer from The Acheson Group, participants delved into the practical intricacies of HACCP implementation within the food industry. The participants were kept engaged through a series of interactive sessions, which helped them understand and navigate the complexities of food safety management. The program witnessed enthusiastic participation from a diverse cohort of students and professionals from various organizations.
The collaborative effort between NIFTEM-K and The Acheson Group exemplifies a commitment to excellence in food safety education and industry partnership. After the last session, a valedictory ceremony was organized to extend a vote of thanks to the participants and other dignitaries for their support.
