Ninth Kalinga Literary Festival Bhava Samvad hosted Rajita Kulkarni in conversation with Shantanu Gupta on theme ‘Heart Connect: Emotional Quotient in Leadership’

Bhubaneswar: Keeping the continuity for literature lovers, Kalinga Literary Festival- Bhava Sambad conducts its ninth web-talk on 20th June, 2020, about ‘Heart Connect: Emotional Quotient in Leadership’. The session hosted Rajita Kulkarni in conversation with Shantanu Gupta.

The discussion widely covered the importance of self awareness, connection, regulation, role of optimism and courage in a leader at unprecedented times. Heart connect should be felt. It is found in individuals express themselves.

Rajita Kulkarni also spoke about that the pandemic is a blessing in disguise. She said, “This pandemic has created an awareness. There is a blessing in disguise. There is something bigger for being in this life. We have to awake ourselves for renewed purpose of life. The substance of our older generation should get revived. We should live in a way to contribute than to keep longing. By the time it will end, we all would have witnessed a transition.”

She advised, “Its the time for mutual solutions and trust to make things easier. It is necessary for team work. We need to build the ability to learn. The time is tough for the graduating batch, but this is going to help them in future. Be positive and keep looking for new ways. Enterpreneurs should make new ideas, accept some losses with patience and new visions.”

KLF Bhava Samvad is a small step to regenerate the literary spirit at the time of disillusionment and new normal.
