NIT Rourkela is hosting a 3-day Diamond Jubilee Global Alumni Meet

Centre for Alumni, Industry and International Relations, NIT Rourkela in association with NITR alumni association is hosting a 3-day Diamond Jubilee Global Alumni Meet during Dec 28-30, 2022. The inaugural ceremony of the event followed by a cultural program is scheduled to be held on 28.12.2022 (Wednesday) from 6.00 PM onwards.  Two of the notable alumni Shri C. P. Gurnani, (CEO & Managing Director, Tech Mahindra) and Shri Shrikant Madhav Vaidya (Chairman, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.) will grace the event as the Chief Guest and Guest of Honor. Prof. K. Umamaheshwar Rao (Director, NIT Rourkela) will preside over the inaugural session. Shri A. K. Basa {President, NIT Rourkela Alumni Association (NITRAA)} along with Shri Jit Goel (President, NIT RourkelaOverseas alumni Association) will also join the inaugural session. A total of 180 alumni members, including some from the U.S., UAE, Japan, Qatar, Kuwait, and Nepal, are attending the event.

Day 2 of the program will feature a ‘Leadership Conclave’ and ‘Women Achievers Conclave’.  Day 3 of the event will have a ‘Young Achievers Conclave’, A panel discussion for industry development, tree plantation and various set of Activities.
