Nominations open for CUFA BC Distinguished Academics Awards

This is a call for nominations for the 2020 CUFA BC Distinguished Academics Awards. Nominations are open now through January 31, 2020. Prospective nominators can visit the CUFA BC website to access detailed information and download the nomination form.

The Distinguished Academics Awards highlight the vital contributions that British Columbia faculty make to the community through their research or scholarly activity. Specifically, the awards recognize faculty for research or scholarly activity that is of importance to the public beyond the academy.

This year’s awards gala will take place in Vancouver on April 16, 2020. Recipients will need to be available to attend the event and make a short presentation on their work.
