Norwegian Ambassador visits Dibber International Preschools at Bengaluru
Bengaluru, H.E Hans Jacob Frydenlund, the Norwegian Ambassador to India and Bhutan, visited Dibber International Preschools. Dibber is Northern Europe’s largest preschool chain who have recently made their entry in India. The Norwegian Ambassador visited the Whitefield school of Dibber where he was given a school tour and introduced the Dibber way of learning and its Seven Learning Friends. He then met with the pre-schoolers and participated in an art activity with them. This was followed by planting of the sapling with Ritesh Handa, CEO, Dibber Schools India. The visit of the Ambassador concluded with him addressing the parents and team of Dibber where he highlighted on how Nordic pedagogy can be beneficial for children in India.
Dibber offers Nordic pedagogy, which values understanding and recognition of self-worth, enables the child to be self-driven and focuses on appreciation of the outdoors. Dibber has recently launched three centres in Bengaluru, one each in Hyderabad and Pune and plans to open another 20 schools by March 2024 in Hyderabad, Pune, Gurugram, Kochi, Kolkata, Chennai, and Mumbai.
