“Nukkad Natak” on Viksit Bharat@2047- Vision for India held at GCW Udhampur

UDHAMPUR : The Committee on Viksit Bharat@2047 of Government College for Women (GCW) Udhampur organized a Nukkad Natak on “Viksit Bharat@2047- Vision for India” at college Vatika.

The Programme was organised under the patronage of the Principal of the college, Prof. Anjali Mahajan, and the overall convenorship of Dr. Sanjeet Kaur (Viksit Bharat @2047 committee)

The Principal of the College, Prof. Anjali Mahajan motivated the students to participate in these programmes and also stressed upon the role of their contribution in economic growth, social progress, environmental sustainability and Good governance.

Prof. Pooja Bharti presented the welcome address and highlighted the key aspects of Viksit Bharat @2047programme.She said that students should register and participate on my.gov.in portal through online mode.

Students from department of music participated in Nukkad Natak which portrayed the message of unity of Physical, mental and material aspects which can lead India to a developed nation upto 2047.

The Committee members Dr. Meena Gupta from English Department, Prof. Anita Gupta form Zoology Department, Prof. Pooja Bharti from the Geography department graced the event.

Prof. Yash Kumar, from the department of Music monitored the proceedings of the event and captured the visuals of the same. About 90 students of the college witnessed the Natak.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Meena Gupta who expressed gratitude to all attendees, Committee members and guests for their valuable contributions to the event.

Among others, Dr. Shivani Suri Verma, Dr. Meena Gupta, Prof. Pooja Bharti, Prof. Yash Kumar, other senior faculty members and a large number of students were present on the occasion.
