Nursing Students visits Orphanage and Ahmadi School

Aligarh : Around 14 students of GNM 3rd Year accompanied by faculty members Mrs Rubeena Naaz and Mrs Deepti Minj visited “Missionary of Charity, a home for orphanage children and psychiatric patients’ in Aligarh.
The sisters and the caretaker received the students and briefed them about the history of the orphanage and how it was established. Student also interacted with the patient; they also engaged them with various activities.

The second visit was organized to Ahmadi School Visually Challenged, AMU to familiarize students with empathy, integration, empowerment of a special section of society living with confidence and self esteem against all odds.

The Principal of Nursing College, Prof (Dr) Farha Azmi, appreciated the efforts of its students and staff for organising such vsits.
